Brynne Baird is an illustrator and graphic designer based in San Diego, California, who recently graduated from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. She received a BFA in illustration with a minor in graphic design, building a portfolio rooted in storytelling and imagination.

During her time at Syracuse, she has grown both creatively and conceptually, discovering a love for crafting narratives often drawing inspiration from her own life experiences. Much of her influence also comes from her past experiences working with children—as a babysitter, camp counselor, and mentor—which naturally draws her toward publication and children’s book illustration.

Brynne’s work is centered on creating welcoming worlds where viewers of all backgrounds can feel seen, valued, and inspired to embark on adventures of their own.
